Toolmaking
Our own tool shop manufactures molds up to 60 tons using the latest CAD, CAM, CNC milling and EDM technology.
Injection moulding
Processing of standard and high-performance plastics, such as PEEK, PPSU, PEI etc. & glass fiber and carbon reinforced plastics shortened GFRP & CFRP.
TSG
We are happy to manufacture metal-plastic hybrid composites and hybrid fiber composite components for you.
Hybrid technology

Additive manufacturing
Additive manufacturing of prototype or small series molds. Layer by layer to your three-dimensional objects.

“Plastic injection molding” in brief
During the process, plastic is liquefied by heat in an injection molding machine and then injected into a steel injection mold. The finished part can then be removed from this steel mold.
Sounds simple, but it is a process in which temperature, pressure, time, material, and mold must be coordinated in a complicated interplay. We have specialized in precisely this process.
